2 10-ounce cans of minced clams
handful of Romano grated cheese
2 tbsp. lemon
1 stick of butter
1 onion, minced
1 tsp. parsley
1 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter; saute garlic. Add minced clams (1st drain liquid from one of the cans). Add lemon, and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Add all other ingredients, and put in baking dish.

3. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.

Serve with Ritz crackers
