2 T Butter
4 Cloves of Garlic pressed.
14 oz of artichoke hearts drained and chopped.
1 C shredded Mozerella Cheese
1/2 C grated Parmesian Cheese
1/4 C Sour Cream
2 large Shallots chopped fine
1 loaf of Ciabatta bread
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven broiler and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large skillet, over med-high melt butter until foamy.
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in artichoke hearts, Mozerella, Parmesian, sour cream and shallots until combined.
Slice bread length wise. Place bread halls on baking sheet.
Spoon cold cheese and artichoke mixture over top evenly.
Broil until cheese is melted and bread is hot.
Cut each half into 6 pieces and serve immediately
