1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 Tblsp. flour
pinch salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 390. Melt butter in mixing bowl in microwave. Add dry ingredients slowly. Stir in buttermilk, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake 10 min. at 390. Then lower oven to 350 and bake 25-30 minutes more or until middle is set.
This pie is one of my FAVORITES!
