1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes jello vanilla instant pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
1 carton Cool Whip
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. softened butter
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tblsp. white karo

Mix puddings and milk until thickened, then fold in Cool Whip. Spray 9x13" pyrex dish with Pam and line bottom with graham crackers, break them in half. Spread half of pudding mixture over crackers, then put another layer of crackers on top of the pudding. Spread rest of pudding over crackers and top with chocolate.
Chocolate layer: Soften butter in mixing bowl and stir in powdered sugar and cocoa slowly, adding a Tbsp. of milk at a time, along with the oil, vanilla and karo. Keep beating until well blended and smooth. Spread over top of pudding. Refrigerate.
