4 T. cocoa
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add cocoa, cold water, and oil to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile mix sugar, flour, milk, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs. Pour boiling cocoa/water/oil over flour mixture. Mix. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

For the glaze, bring the following ingredients to a near boil: 1/4 margarine, 2 T. cocoa, 3 T. milk, 1 c. icing sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Pour over warm brownies.

This recipe comes from my mom's neighbour Yvonne Axani. The brownies are more like chocolate cake rather than the typical gooey brownie. Delicious!
