2 cups raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp corn starch
1/8 tsp salt.
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp grated orange rind
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins with 1 1/4 cups water and orange juice for 5 minutes in a covered pot.

Combine brown sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, orange rind, and salt with 1/4 cup water. Add to cooked raisins. Bring to a good boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and butter.

Pour into pastry-lined pie plate, cover with pasty top. Make steam slits.

Bake in oven at 425ºF for 25 minutes or until done.
