Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 thawed 12 lb. turkey
1 large double strength brown paper bag from supermarket
Canola or peanut oil
Poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Remove top rack. Rinse and dry bird (be sure to take extra parts out of cavity). Spray inside of bag with PAM, then grease bird all over with oil. Sprinkle seasoning all over bird and put it in the bag, breast down (so it will absorb juices and not get dry). Fold and staple end of bag closed. Make sure there are no holes in the bag. Place in large roasting pan and put in oven. Cook 20 minutes per lb. The bag will not burn. Do not peek! When time is up, take pan out and poke holes in bag. Let turkey sit for 10-20 minutes before carving. Use juices for gravy. My mouth is watering!
