2 pans of cornbread
5-6 pieces bread, crumbled
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
4 cups broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl crumble cornbread and bread. Saute onion and celery in butter until slightly tender. Add to bread. Beat eggs and pour in a little milk while beating. Pour eggs into bread, then add enough broth to make mixture slightly soupy like pancake batter. Grease large baking dish (or 2 smaller ones) and pour in dressing. Bake at 400 for 45 min. or until golden brown and cracking on top.
