Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-8 lb. ham
1 Coca-Cola
OR:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham, fat side up, in foil lined roasting pan. Pour Coke over ham and seal foil. Bake in oven at 325 for about 1 1/2 hours (18 min. per lb.). OR: Mix honey and mustard and spread over ham, sprinkle with brown sugar and seal foil and bake. I love a baked ham, and especially the leftover ham bone and fat...it makes wonderful vegetable soup! You can put it in a zip-lock bag and freeze it until you are ready to make soup on a cold winter day.
