1 box yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
Glaze:
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray mini muffin tins with Pam. Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs and oil. Mix 2 minutes until smooth. Spoon batter into muffin pans and bake for 12 min. Cool and remove from pans.
Glaze: Mix all ingredients in bowl until smooth. Holding muffins upside down, dip into glaze coating as much of muffin as you can. Then place on wax paper to dry. They just melt in your mouth!
