1-2 blocks cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sugar in saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in pecans and cool. Place cream cheese on serving platter and pour caramel sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Serve with wheat thins or sliced apples. You won't believe how good this is!!!
