12 skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Place chicken in foil lined 9x13 baking pan. Mix cornstarch and water in saucepan and add rest of ingredients. Simmer until it bubbles and thickens. Pour half of sauce over chicken and bake 30 min. Turn pieces over, pour rest of sauce over them and bake another 30 min.
