Slaw (or shredded lettuce)
Corn or flour tortilla or taco shell
Chopped tomato (or Pico de Gallo)
Onion slices
White Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
or...
Ranch Dressing mixed with a little salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Fish or shrimp & slaw from the night before...Heat fish/shrimp in oven to crisp. Warm tortilla, add fish, slaw, tomato, etc. and top with sauce. Roll up, in tortilla or use taco shell.
