2 cups milk
½ cup margarine
1 tsp. salt
½ cup sugar
1 cup cornmeal

Yeast dough:

½ cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the cornmeal in the milk with the margarine, salt and sugar. Let cool to lukewarm.

Combine yeast, warm water and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Add beaten eggs and flour. Add the cooled cornmeal. Knead to a soft dough. Let rise.
Shape buns (place in greased muffin tins or side by side in a pan). Let rise and bake at 400º F.
