1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Topping:
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1 tub Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat 4 min. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 for 45 min. Top with Cool Whip mixture when serving. This cake is a pale green when done. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
