2 c bell peppers
1/4 c diced jalapenos
6 c sugar
1 c cider vinegar
1 - 3oz. certo

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop bell pepers and jalapenos.

Add to a large sauce pan.

Bring the peppers, sugar and vinegar ro a boil. Boil for 4 minutes.

Add certo, boil for another minute..

Pour into jars and seal.

Serve over a block of cream cheese with crackers.

You can control the heat by the ratio of sweet and hot peppers. I normally do half sweet and half hot peppers. Then it is hot jelly!
