1 cup chopped sweet peppers
1 cup white vinegar
5 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. ground red pepper
1 bottle Certo (Sure-Jell will not work)
Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers in food processor. Mix with sugar, vinegar and red pepper and bring to boil. Boil 3 min. Add Certo and boil 1 more min. Pour into hot pint jars and seal.
