3/4 cup Wesson oil
4 whole eggs
1 box white cake mix
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 box strawberry jello
1/2 cup sugar
Icing:
1 stick Oleo
1/2 cup strawberries
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Empty cake mix, sugar, and jello into mixing bowl. Add oil and eggs and beat 3 minutes with electric beater until well mixed. Add the strawberries and beat 1 minute. Pour into oiled layer cake pans and bake 25 minutes in 350º to 375º oven. Cool and ice with strawberry icing.
Icing: If frozen berries are used, drain off most of the juice. Cream oleo and 1 cup powdered sugar gradually and then add strawberries and remaining sugar alternately. Spread on cool cake.
