1 box lemon supreme cake mix
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Wesson oil
1 cup apricot nectar

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
Juice of 3 lemons (or bottled)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon cake and sugar well. Add one beaten egg at a time. Add Wesson oil and apricot nectar. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. I use Bundt pan but you can use 9x13.
For icing:
Mix together juice and sugar and spread on cake while it's warm (not hot). Most of the time, I don't use icing, just eat it like a pound cake.
