1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage, browned
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 12oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
Salt and pepper
12oz. Penne pasta, cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In large skillet, combine all ingredients except pasta and cheese. Heat until sauce is reduced, stirring frequently. Add pasta and cook another few min. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
