Ingredients:  
1 lb of chicken thighs.
Salt and pepper.
1/2 cup of diced onion.
1 cup of honey.
1/2 cup of soya sauce.
1/4 cup of ketchup.
1 Tbsp of vegetable oil.
2 garlic cloves.
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch.

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and onions.
Add all to large freezer bag and freeze.
Thaw overnight in refrigerator cook in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
At the end of cooking mix 2 Tbsp of cornstarch with 1 Tbsp of water. Add to crockpot to thicken sauce.
