1 large or 2 small pkg. of instant vanilla pudding (sugar free if available)
1 large container of sugar free cool whip
1 large can sugar free crushed pineapple with juice
1 angel food cake

Directions:
Mix above ingredients by hand. Let sit in refrigerator. Cut angel food cake in 3 layers. Put filling between layers ands then cover with pineapple filling.. Can garnish with cherries and mint.
