1 large pkg. Lime Jello
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small ctn. cottage cheese
1 cup hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped Pecans
6 Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 Cup water until boiling. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mash cottage cheese with fork, add Jello and mix until well combined. Add HOT water and stir until Jello dissolves. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into flat Tupperware container; cover with lid and refrigerate. Check on mixture in about an hour. When slightly gelled, place whole or half cherries on top for decoration.

Goes well with turkey and dressing, but it's good anytime. Keeps for 7 days in refrigerator.
