2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 bag tortilla chips or can use flour tortillas
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beef, onion and pepper. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix.

2. Mix soups and enchilada sauce. Stir into meat mixture.

3. Layer crushed chips, meat mixture and cheese 2 times. Or you can put mixture into flour tortillas. Bake 1 hour at 350º.

This is the recipe Dawn Taylor gave me many years ago. I made it for Dad once and he liked it but Mom hated Mexican food so she would not try it. It is very good.
