1 yellow cake mix (extra moist type)
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup of water
1 large can of peaches (drained, save juice)
12 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and water. Grease (or spray with vegetable spray) a 9x12 inch cake pan. Pour mix into pan then lay drained peaches on top in an even layer. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and juice until smooth, then spread over the top of the peaches. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Cool before serving.
