3 c. (12 oz.) skinned, shredded and roasted chicken breast (such as Tysons's)
3 c. hot cooked penne (6 oz. uncooked tubular pasta)
2 c. thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. thinly sliced fresh basil
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. fat-free Caesar dressing
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 (4 oz.) package crumbled feta cheese
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl
Toss well to coat
Can use plain cooked chicken in place of commercial roasted variety
