1 can (24 oz) Tuna packed in water, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken soup
1 package wide or extra wide egg noodles, cooked
Milk
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, tuna, soup, salt and pepper in a large baking dish.Stir in tuna. Pour milk in bowl to about 1/3 the way up, stir.Top with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Remove the cover for the last 5 - 10 minutes

This was a staple in our family, very low cost to make and feed many. Mom use to add peas and the kids hated it so she stopped but Dad would always ask for the peas but she never went back to adding them, thanks Mom. Kathy hates this recipe, does not even like the smell!
I personally do not like mushrooms so I have been making this recipe with the cream of chicken soup and it is just as good. If I do use the mushroom soup, I will but the soup in a blender to chop up the mushroom pieces.
