2 lbs. ground beef, divided
1 lb. Johnsville Sweet Sausage, cooked
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. garlic
Salt and Pepper
2 jars spaghetti sauce
4 cups mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb rigatoni pasta, cooked

Directions:

Meatball:
1. Combine, 1 lb. ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, catsup, garlic, salt & pepper.
2. Form 1" round balls and bake 20 minutes at 350º.
SAUCE:
1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Add spaghetti sauce and heat on low until hot.
3. Add meatballs.
4. Slice cooked sausage and add to sauce.
5. Continue cooking on low until heated.
6. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and stir until combined.

Assemble casserole:
1. Place a small amount of sauce on bottom of baking dish.
2. Add 1/2 of the pasta and sauce.
3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Add 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
5. Repeat number 2 thru 4 again.
6. Bake 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.

Personal Notes:
I always made two pans of this because Mom did not like the garlic or the meat so I would make one sauce with garlic and ground beef and one without.
