Casserole:
4 sweet potatoes (enough for 3-4 cups mashed)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter melted

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes until soft and peel. Put in bowl and mash. You need 3-4 cups of mashed sweet potatoes. Blend together sugar, eggs (beaten), milk, butter, and vanilla. Place in cassarole dish.

Mix topping ingredients in small bowl and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until top is light brown.
