1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups All-Bran cereal
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Place paper liners in a standard size, 12 cup, muffin tin. Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl. Stir with at whisk or fork to combine; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand 5 minutes, until softened. Stir in egg and oil. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Portion batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm, makes 12 muffins.
