4oz shredded cheddar
4Tbsp butter
3/4C cornstarch
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp xanthan gum
1/2tsp baking powder
2Tbsp milk (may need a dash more)

Directions:
Directions:
400º
combine all ingredients except milk in a med sized bowl, mix until mixture resembles a fine crumb, add milk & beat well
on a lightly cornstarch dusted surface pat or roll dough to 1/8" thickness
cut into 3/4" squares
move to a lightly greased baking sheet prick top with fork and sprinkle with salt
bake 8-10 min
