1 tbsp salt per qt of water added
2 2 pound lobsters
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
2 stalks celery, roughly chopped
1 tbsp cracked peppercorn
2 bay leaves
Fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Cover vegetables and seasoning with 1 1/2" water. Bring to a boil and add steamer basket with lobsters in it and cover tightly. Cook for 15 minutes, making sure there is enough water in the bottom of the pot. Add water if needed. Check for doneness with one of the small legs.

1 lb- 5 minutes
1 1/12-2 lbs 8-10 minutes
More than 2 lbs- 12 minutes
