COOKIE MIX:
3/4 cup - White Sugar
3/4 cup - Brown Sugar
1 cup - Butter
1 - Egg
3 tbsp. Dark Molasses
1/2 cup - Raisins,chopped
1/2 tsp. - Salt
2 tsp. - Baking Soda
1 tsp. - Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. - Cloves
1/2 tsp. - Ginger
2 3/4 cup - Flour

GLAZE:
1 1/2 cup - Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp. - Butter
2 tbsp. - Coffee,cold
1 tsp. - Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all cookie ingredients except flour. Add flour and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for one hour. Form into quarter size balls, roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and slightly flatten. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
When cookies have cooled, mix together glaze ingredients and apply to cookies.
