6 lrg cucumbers, and I mean large
1 lrg cauliflower
8 lrg onions
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
Ran through a grinder.

1/2 cup onion salt

3/4 cup flour
3 tbs dry mustard
4 cups of sugar
1 tbs celery seed
1 tbs turmeric

4 cups vinegar
3 cups water

Directions:

Sprinkle ground vegetables with 1/2 cup onion salt, cover with 5 cups of water, mix and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze through cheese cloth, keep pulp only. Take a lot of the juice but not dry.
Boil flour, mustard, sugar, celery seed, turmeric. Mix vinegar, water together and add to flour mixture. Bring to a boil.
Add pulp, stir in well and boil 10 to 15 minutes. Watch and stir so you don't burn on bottom.
Put hot mixture in hot jars, refer to pickle brine for procedure
