4 T. flour
1 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 T. sugar

Directions:
In saucepan over medium heat, whisk flour into cold water, stirring constantly until smooth. Whisk in hot water and heat until mix boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar.
