1 lb carrots diagonally cut
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 small green pepper cut in strips
3 stocks celery diagonally cut
1/2 of a 10 oz can tomato soup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots for 8 minutes then completely drain. Add onion rings, green peppers, celery while carrots are still hot.

Whip remaining ingredients together in a blender and pour over vegetables. Marinate several hours or overnight. Keep refrigerated in dry tight container. Will keep 2 weeks.
