1 part seltzer (not club soda)
2-3 squeezes of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Pour milk in glass to the half-way mark; add seltzer almost to the brim, leaving about ½" at the top. Add chocolate syrup, stir and "Have a Happy"!
