Salmon Patties:
2 cans Red Salmon
2 eggs
Cracker crumbs

Sweet Rice:
Rice
Milk
Sugar Cinnamon

Mashed Potatoes:
Potatoes
Butter
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Salmon Patties: Open cans and remove salmon - remove large bones and mash into a bowl.
Add eggs and cracker crumbs and mix well. The texture should be thick enough to form into patties.
Sweet Rice: Cook Rice according to package using half water and half milk to cook. Stirring well, add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Mashed Potatoes: Cook potatoes until soft, Mash and add butter and milk to desired consistency

This was a favorite of Great Grandpa Ray Warner and so was also a favorite of his son, Grandpa Don Warner and they taught us all that it is imperative to have a bite that includes a bit of each of the three crucial elements! These two grandpas would often mix the three items or at least the mashed potatoes and rice. It is a traditional family favorite!
