4 lbs. lean pork
5 28 oz. canned tomatoes
2 med-large onions finely chopped
5 4 oz. cans diced green chilis
4 4oz canned Jalapeno peppers diced
5 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Garlic powder
4 tsp. Ground oregano
2 tsp. Ground cumin
7 1/2 tsp. corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water

Dice pork into 3/4" cubes & brown in cooking oil in deep skillet. Drain after browning. Combine pork and mashed tomatoes (including juice) and remainder of ingredients into large pot. Simmer 2 - 3 hours.
