2 cloves garlic, minced
12-16 marinated sun-dried tomatoes, minced
1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
4 Tablespoons Pinot Noir
2 Tablespoons each of fresh thyme, basil and oregano 1⁄2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
16 crimini mushrooms, de-stemmed and chopped Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to broil. Mix garlic, tomatoes, cheese, wine, herbs and nuts in small bowl. Season to taste. Place mushroom caps on broiling sheet, brush caps with oil and mound with filling. Broil until cheese begins to melt, about ten minutes
