1 pkg frozen peaches, thawed (20 oz./600 g)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup flour
½ tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1/3 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F. In a 9” square pan, combine peaches, sugar and cornstarch. Toss to coat pieces evenly. In medium bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter to make crumb texture. Sprinkle on top of peaches. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
