Leftover turkey meat
Pasta of your choice, cooked and drained
2 boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Debone and cut up what is left of the turkey. Mix meat with pasta. Add celery, mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings. Fold in chopped boiled eggs and almonds. Serve cold on lettuce or you can also heat this in a casserole dish and serve warm.
