3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-3 tablespoon arrowroot powder, tapioca flour, potato starch or cornstarch
1/4 c. chili powder
2 cups chicken broth
1 6oz can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan heat oil at flour and cook for one minute while stirring. Add green red chili powder and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.

2. Stir in broth, tomato paste, oregano cumin and salt to taste. Bring to a boil reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Use in your favorite enchilada recipe.
