5 LB Stewing Pork, cut into small chunks
4 Medium Onions, cut into small chunks
3 Stalks Celery, sliced
4 Garlic Cloves
2 (28oz) cans tomatoes (concentrated)
5 Green Peppers, cut in chunks
2 LB Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
Pepper and Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cube meat and brown in oil (Olive oil is best). Chop onions and celery, add to meat. Mince garlic, add to meat mixture and then add tomatoes and a little water. Simmer about 3 hours and then add peppers and mushrooms. Simmer for 2 more hours.
