London Broil cut steak
Tomato soup (2 cans for larger steaks)
Potatoes
Onion (quartered)

Directions:
Directions:
In the morning place steak in crock pot and add tomato soup, whatever kind you like. Add peeled potatoes and quartered onions.
Cook on low and when you come home, the cheap steak is tender like a pot roast, the sauce is a tomato base meat sauce. You have your veggies, meat and sauce. Can be served with bread and/or salad. It also is a great recipe to have in the summer when you want a hot meal but do not want to heat your kitchen up!
