4 cups turkey (or chicken) broth
2 to 4 slices cooked bacon, diced
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup diced or matchstick carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
1 to 2 cups diced cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up bacon, carrots, celery, onion and turkey. Add everything but the corn and turkey into crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Add the corn and turkey and cook an additional hour before serving.
