Toffee Chocolate Bars Recipe

Base:
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Filling:
10 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbs. butter

Topping:
1 3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Base:
Cream butter, brown sugar, and flour and press into bottom of 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Filling:
Heat condensed milk and butter over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Spread mixture over cooled base. Bake for 12-15 minutes more.

Topping:
Sprinkle milk chocolate chips evenly over warm dessert and bake 2 more minutes. Spread the chocolate evenly once chips are melted. Sprinkle toffee evenly over chocolate and press lightly to adhere.

Cool, cut & eat!
