Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 T All Purpose Flour
Salt
2-4 T Sugar (to taste)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Tabasco
1 Pint Oysters and Liquid
4 T Butter
Approx. 2 C Crushed Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer oysters in their liquid with butter, sauces, salt and sugar. Sprinkle flour into crackers. Start off with the amount of sugar by adding 2-4 T. The sugar will create the chewy edges that everyone loves. It should not be sweet but just enough to enhance the flavor. Dump the crackers into the liquid and fold carefully (as not to break the oysters). Bake in a loaf pan at 350º for 1 hour. It should be brown on top and chewy around the edges.

Personal Notes:
This is one of Alex Bunn's favorites. His family makes this every Thanksgiving. They always 3x the recipe and add as many oysters as they can. Approx. 6 T of sugar to start. Ends up being usually 8-10T. It will not get chewy around the edges without the sugar. They then put it in a 9x13" dish instead of a loaf pan.
