1 7 3/4 oz can salmon, drained and flaked
250 gm pkg regular or light cream cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salmon and cream cheese together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Serve with crackers or as a bagel spread.

Variation: May substitute all or part of canned salmon with some smoked salmon.
