2 1/4 cups tomato juice
1 pkg (3 oz) lemon Jello powder
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat tomato juice to just below boiling. Add and dissolve Jello powder. Add seasonings and vinegar. Turn into mold. Chill until firm.
